Ancient rural cottage composed of basement and first level, placed in one of the most beautiful contrada (small group of ancient original homes) of Erbezzo (province of Verona) in the very heart of the Lessini regional park. The cottage is surrounded by green and wide lawns and woods and is equipped with all conforts. The village of Erbezzo is walk distance and connected to the cottage through a tipical path in the wood (max 15 min. walking). Verona downtown and Lake Garda are 40 km. far.
It is composed of 2 levels 35 square meters each with internal wooden stair. Heating system is autonomous. The cottage is equipped with a wood stove. Free WIFI.
The house consists in the basement level of a living room with sofa and TV, with a kitchenette furnished of microwave and dishwasher. At the same level there is a new bathroom with shower and a ante-bathroom area with closet and washing machine. In the first floor there are two well furnished bedrooms with a queen-size bed each, double use. The house is completed by an extremely manicured garden rich of flowers and furnished of a wide gazebo (3x3 mt) with a table and 4 chairs for your unforgettable convivial moments.
Owners live in the contrada in a nearby house.
