The film tells the intertwined story of two couples: the thirty-somethings Lea and Andrea and the fifty-somethings Rocco and Cecilia. One evening, Lea meets Rocco in a bar and begins a clandestine relationship with him, seemingly a betrayal like many others, but it complicates when she starts insinuating herself into his life and involves their respective partners in an emotional and dramatic confrontation.
