With its six exclusive rooms, the "wine retreat" is the result of the restoration of the ancient stables and barn of the Borgo di Erbin, owned by the Gianolli family since the 60s. Six finely restored and renovated rooms, each characterized by its own soul that makes it unique. Six rooms, named after the four great red Veronese wines and the emblematic grape varieties of this terroir (Amarone, Valpolicella, Recioto, Ripasso, Garganega, and Corvina), featuring heated stone bathrooms, invisible technology, a place of true wellness.
