The IAT Lessinia is primarily the office that collects and disseminates tourist information and welcomes visitors, as well as many organizational activities in the area.
It organizes meetings with operators and associations to keep them updated on activities, updates computer systems and regional portals (website, DMS, social media, newsletter), participates in specialized training sessions for IATs, industry fairs, and seminars, and coordinates associations and operators in the area. It also deals with the promotion of Lessinia by creating ad hoc materials and participating in trade fairs through specialized personnel.
In August 2018, the IAT Lessinia joined the network of Regional IATs and is therefore part of the network of tourist information offices in the Veneto Region.
The IAT Lessinia maintains the main office in Bosco Chiesanuova and coordinates 26 Infopoints spread across the territory.
The Tourist Office is open Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
