Monday of Easter Monday together with Malga Zebari.
Program:
9:30 AM meeting and departure for a walk around the malga, to identify the first wild edible herbs. In the company of Paolo Oggiano!
12:00 PM: return, preparation, and tasting of a pesto made with the collected plants.
1:00 PM: lunch
Menu:
Welcome: small pieces of bread with pesto made from herbs collected in the morning, herbal tea from the Malga, and prosecco.
Appetizer: Flan made with wild herbs with smoked malga ricotta on a bed of mixed greens with Fervida nettles.
First course: Risotto with 5 wild herbs served with Monte Veronese cheese and toasted almonds.
Main course: Stuffed roast with wild herbs with baked potatoes and polenta; organic hard-boiled eggs from Lessinia, with fresh pesto of wild herbs and asparagus mayonnaise with baked potatoes.
Side dish: Cabbage salad with Fervida dandelion and spiced sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Dessert: ricotta cream with dandelion jam and chocolate crumble.
IAT Lessinia and Museo Luxino are open every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30.
