FEET is a project aimed at enhancing hiking and cycling trails in the municipality of Grezzana.
This is a program of free guided excursions funded by the Municipal Administration of Grezzana to explore the main town and its fractions, promote traditional festivals and fairs, and enhance the FEET network of hiking paths and other trails that characterize the Grezzana area.
All details of the excursions, including departure times and meeting places, will progressively be available on the site www.feetgrezzana.it.
Registration for the various excursions is free but mandatory and will be possible exclusively about 15 days before each individual event. Places are limited.
EXCURSION PROGRAM 2023
SUNDAY, JUNE 25 | MORNING | WOODS AND DISTRICTS OF CORSO: on the occasion of the feast of Saints Peter and Paul, guided excursion from the hamlet of Corso towards the high districts of Maioconi and Portello, on the borders with the municipality of Erbezzo.
SUNDAY, JULY 9 | MORNING | AMONG HISTORIC DISTRICTS AND ANCIENT STONE QUARRIES IN ALCENAGO: on the occasion of the hamlet's festival, guided excursion between the locations of Vigo, Salvalaio, and Rupiano, crossing the old stone quarries.
SUNDAY, JULY 16 | MORNING | ANCIENT PATHS AND SUGGESTIVE SCENIC VIEWS IN LUGO DI VALPANTENA: on the occasion of the hamlet's festival, guided excursion from the valley floor towards the locations of Maso d'Alcenago and Sengie.
SUNDAY, JULY 23 | MORNING | AMONG FIELDS AND DISTRICTS OF ROSARO: on the occasion of the hamlet's festival, excursion among the paths and dirt roads of Rosaro, with splendid views towards the pre-Alpine peaks.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 13 | MORNING | FIELDS AND WOODS ON MONTE SANTA VIOLA: on the occasion of the feast of Santa Viola, guided excursion from the hamlet of Azzago towards Monte Santa Viola.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 | AFTERNOON | THE RIDGE OF COLOMBARA AND THE VAIO DELLA TAVERNETTA: on the occasion of the feast of Our Lady of the Girdle, guided excursion along the suggestive Vaio della Tavernetta up to the ridge of Colombara.
