The visit to the oil mill is open all year after booking and notice. The best time to see the whole mill in full production with stone wheels and high-tech machinery in operation is between the second half of October and ends with the end of December. In the other periods it is possible in any case to observe the entire production cycle starting from the olive harvest and ending with the bottled packaging of our extra virgin olive oil.

The passion for olive trees and its fruits has always characterized the activity of the Redoro Company, a family business that, for more than 100 years, has dedicated itself with love and passion to the cultivation of the olive tree and the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of high quality olive. All the EVO is produced in our own oil mills:
•in Grezzana, a town located north of Verona in Valpantena at the base of the Lessinia mountains,
• and in Mezzane in a seventeenth-century oil mill whose stone millstones have been expertly restored.
Our finished product is guaranteed by a few simple rules: the olives used are 100% Italian and GMO-free, the harvest is manual with a rigorous selection of the olives. The first pressing is cold, the method is artisanal and the geographical origin is certified.
