Baito della Coletta

The Baito is located in Coletta, along the road that leads to Erbezzo, around 1.5 km from the centre of the town of Bosco Chiesanuova. It is a rectangular construction dating from 1729, once used for the processing of milk. Of particular interest is the interior, which contains original utensils used to produce butter and cheese. In summer it is used for workshops such as 'Be a cheesemaker for a day', where guests can have fun making a cheese mould.

Guided tours are available to the external sections "Baito della Coletta" and "Giassàra del Grietz" by prior telephone booking at the number 0456780280.

From July 18, 2026 to August 16, 2026, Baito della Coletta is open on SATURDAY and SUNDAY (free of charge and without reservation) from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
