San Rocco and Forte Castelletto

Departure appointments:

1. Cerro: Piazzale Alferia at 8:00 AM.
2. San Rocco: Piazza della Chiesa at 8:30 AM.

Itinerary:

• San Rocco di Piegara (640 m)
• Contrada Paravanto (495 m)
• Forte Castelletto (680 m)
• Contrada Maso (520 m)
• Total length: 16.00 km
• Positive elevation gain: 600 m
• Total time: About 4 hours and 30 minutes (including breaks and visit to the fort).

Trail characteristics:

• Loop route, very scenic.
• Difficulty: T (Tourist), suitable for normal physical conditions and appropriate clothing for the season.

Useful notes:

• Dogs are allowed on a leash.
• The personal card for mountain rescue Dolomiti Emergency is recommended.
• Transport to the starting point with private vehicles.
