When the shadows of the trees stretch across the meadows, it's time to think about stockpiling for winter. The deer are also preparing for the cold, but during this period, the males expend a lot of energy to assert their strength through calls of challenge to other suitors: it is mating season. On Saturday, September 27 at 5:00 PM, you are invited to an evening walk with the first cool breezes, and possibly enjoy the call of the king of our mountains.
Before the excursion, there will be a moment when participants can touch and examine deer antlers and other ungulates from our woods.
Confirmation will be given to participants a few days before the date. Possible locations: Erbezzo, Bosco Chiesanuova and surroundings, Giazza. All details during registration.
