Yin Yoga - Spring Retreat.
Two days to regenerate body, mind, and spirit. The ideal retreat for you who love Yin Yoga and Meditation, for you who adore walking in nature and enjoying wonderful landscapes, for you who are curious to discover the cultural gems of the area.
The retreat will take place on March 28 and 29, 2026 (from 10:00 AM on Saturday until 3:30 PM on Sunday) in the company of Marilena Grobberio, Hatha Yoga teacher.

We will share the practices of Yin Yoga and Meditation with simplicity and care, respecting the uniqueness of each individual. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that releases muscular tensions and calms the mind, inviting you to stay in the present moment.
The proposed trekking is suitable for everyone and will be an opportunity to enjoy the spring blooms of our hills. We will be guests of a historic structure that offers attentive hospitality, genuine cuisine, and a special sensitivity towards the holistic world.

Price: 210 euros in a double room or 230 euros in a single room. The participation fee includes: 1 overnight stay, all meals and breaks, 4 practices, entrance to Villa Girasole with guide.
