Seven corners of Paradise alternate with architectural and natural beauties in the territory of Cerro Veronese.

The route begins in Piazza della Chiesa, where you take via Dall'Oca Bianca (direction Bosco Chiesanuova). At the end of this road, on the right, you will find the first fountain, known as Fontanon, where once the locals collected water. Cross the provincial road and, after passing a beautiful stone face dated 1778, you will find yourself in the ancient Borgo Paglia. As you pass through the small village, to the right is a stone basin, called Fontanin, which was used by women in the past for laundry.

Continue along Via Vesterle, pass an electrical cabin and turn right towards Località Fondi. Proceed on the flat for about 300 meters and slightly enter the pine forest; at the exit, you will encounter an old masonry barn, and the signage for Itinerary number 8 of the Springs begins.

Descend the path to the next sign, indicating Sorgente Coale di Torcolo and Montarina. After visiting the Sorgente Coale di Torcolo, return to the sign and continue, first on level ground and then slightly downhill, crossing the Vajo Caldo to reach the opposite bank.

Continue to an old stone quarry, where the path descends and leads to the Vajo della Montarina. Follow the paved municipal road and adhere to the indications of trail no. 1 until entering a dirt road. Follow the post indicating Sorgente Bassin to see it, and after this small detour, return to the main path that leads to the bottom of the Vajo della Busa. Proceed along the trail, where you will find directional signs, until the end to see the Spluga dei Busatti and, upstream of the path, the Sorgente Carpanela.

Return to the sign that indicates Sorgente del Gandini and follow the uphill path that leads to the opposite side of the Vajo, where the sign for Coale del Mondo is located. At this point, when you cross the dirt road that comes from Vajo Cavazze, turn right uphill and enter trail no. 1. Follow it until the indication for Sorgente Gandini and Marciorela (before the hamlet of Busa), then turn left for the Sorgente Gandini, dated 1612, which is notable for being structured so that cows can drink without their horns getting in the way.

Continue in the direction of Marciorela through a hornbeam forest (be careful not to lose the path, as the signage is scarce outside the forest) and follow the indications for Contrada Prati. Look around, the source is not so easy to find; it consists of a small bowl carved into the rock.

Return to the indication for Prati and follow the path that first runs along the forest, then borders some meadows, and finally re-enters the forest, flanked by stone slabs. Once you reach the hamlet, turn right onto the road that leads back to Cerro Veronese. Note, after passing the hamlet, the Fontana Prati, with stone wash basins.

Continue towards Cerro until the indication Sorgente del Barco and proceed downhill on a small path in the meadow where you can see the Spring.

Head for contrada Montarina , where, in the courtyard, you can find a well for collecting rainwater.

This concludes the Springs Itinerary. Return to the starting point.
